LVTC Leaders Attend the Online 2024 Spring Enrollment Seminar for the First Batch of Partner Universities of China-Indonesian TVET Industry-Education Alliance

On the morning of November 25, 2023, China-Indonesian TVET Industry-Education Alliance's Spring Enrollment Seminar for the First Batch of Partner Universities in 2024 was held online. Yudil Chatim, Education & Culture Attache of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Beijing, Secretariat of China-Indonesian TVET Industry-Education Alliance, and Wei Lin, Vice President of LVTC attended the seminar. Relevant representatives of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute, Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering, Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College, Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction, Zhejiang Institute of Communications, Zhengzhou Electric Power College, relevant representatives from Guangxi Financial Vocational College, relevant staff of LVTC Office of International Exchange and 3 Indonesian students attended the seminar.

Yudil Chatim and Wei Lin delivered speeches at the beginning of the seminar, expressing their support and gratitude to participating universities and students' parents. After that, universities gave lectures in turn. Majors to be enrolled by LVTC in Indonesia are Automation, Mechatronics and Marketing. About LVTC, majors and practical training equipment were fully demonstrated in the presentation through 3 videos. Indonesian students actively left messages and asked questions online, expressing their strong interest in LVTC. Three Indonesian students from LVTC also responded to the messages at the end of the seminar.

It is reported that at the inaugural ceremony of China-Indonesian TVET Industry-Education Alliance on September 15, 2023, eight pairs of vocational colleges from China and Indonesia successfully signed cooperation agreements to launch the "1+1+1" cooperative education, which means students study in Indonesia for one year, study in China for one year, and practice in enterprises for one year. Relying on the cooperative education program, colleges and universities of both countries (including LVTC) will jointly build majors and courses, and share resources. Through this seminar, LVTC's popularity in ASEAN countries was enhanced, enrollment channels were expanded, and the international development of LVTC was promoted.
